The AWP is designed for various roles within response services. The interface is spread across three monitors, each dedicated to specific tasks.

In the situational response mode, the platform provides the operator with step-by-step instructions tailored to the type of incident, threat level, and internal regulations of the enterprise. The platform monitors the operator's execution of these instructions. The operator responds to the incident following a predefined scenario, carrying out the specified program of actions step by step.

The user interface enables the duty operator to respond to incident notifications, such as a fire or intrusion.

Using the interface, the operator can inform the relevant emergency services, providing them with comprehensive information about the property and incident details.

Additionally, within the system, the staff member can communicate directly with the necessary services using voice communication.
