Personik is an AI platform that enables employees to access company information through a conversational interface with a chatbot. It can integrate with messenger apps such as Slack, Teams, or Facebook, and is also accessible via a mobile app.

I have designed the UI for the application, focusing on the most typical usage scenarios and essential conversational UI patterns.

The screenshots illustrate one of the typical scenarios for the onboarding process. The user can see incomplete tasks and complete them using the chatbot.

One of the important aspects of prototyping conversational UI is always to consider what happens when the user wants to interrupt the scenario.
